When was the last time you stopped to breathe?

When was the last time you just stopped and simply breathed?

In today’s society, we are known to rush through life.

Don’t worry, you are not the only one. 

I am known to overbook my days, weeks and even months! To the point where a friend or family member ask me, “when are you free for coffee?”
And it’s not for months in advance! Yup!! I am NOT kidding!

But what I have learnt that having a busy life, doesn’t make it a good life. UNLESS its full of things that fill me up!

However, you still need space to simply be.

Whatever that means to you!

It could be just sitting in a park alone watching the clouds.
Playing with your animals.
Having a nap.
Meditating.

Just moments, that you take just for YOU.

I hear so many women that say, “but I don’t have enough time.”

My question for you is;
Do you worship yourself enough to make time?
Where in your life could you say no to, to make space for yourself?
Do you really not have even 5 minutes out of 1440 in a day, just for you?

Get creative.
Your lunch break at work, take yourself outside without your phone.
Wake up 10 minutes before the kids do and sit outside with your morning coffee.
Instead of mindlessly scrolling your newsfeed, sit and listen to a meditation.

Whatever works for you!

The feeling of being overworked, overtired, frustrated will continue to show up until you make space for you!
