Where in your life do you judge people?

If you want more out of life, you have to get reduce the things you want less of.

It’s that simple.

So lets say you want more time for yourself to do some self lovin’ a pedicure, a massage – whatever floats ya boat..

You will need to reduce the time on your phone, to make space for the time for yourself.

Make sense?

Grab a pen and paper and write down all the things you want more of and all the things you want less of. 

And then write down 3 things for each more or less that you can actively do to make it happen.

Now, there is a sneaky trick to this. 

In my program, Freedom University I get you to tap into your own subconscious mind to find out what you REALLY want more and less of – I guarantee it’s not what you put on the top of your list. 😉

The reason we go into the subconscious is so we can find out the very core of what fulfills you.

That way you become happier, faster. 

Wouldn’t that be cool to know? Takes the guessing out of it doesn’t it?!
